Registration Form Overview
To become a Member of the International Society of Nucleic Acid Immunity, the sign-up form guides you through a straightforward process:

Personal and Contact Information: Provide your personal details and contact information to ensure accurate identification and seamless communication.

Legal Framework Acceptance: Confirm your acceptance of the society’s legal framework, including its bylaws and privacy policy, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Consent for Reporting to RCS: Agree to the reporting of membership information to the Register of Commerce and Companies (RCS) in Luxembourg, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Membership Information and Payment: Provide basic membership details and securely submit payment information to finalize your membership registration.

Email Submission Instructions
To initiate your membership registration process, please send the completed and signed membership form to contact@nai-society.com.
Subject: New NAIS Member
Include the subject line ‘New NAIS Member’ for easier identification of your email.
Membership Term and Fee
Upon receipt of your completed and signed membership form, we’ll promptly dispatch payment instructions to complete your registration.
Kindly note that your membership will be activated only upon full payment.
NAIS Membership is priced at €50 annually, running from January 1st to December 31st. You can opt to commence your membership in the upcoming year.
Membership Renewal Process
In October, members will receive a notification regarding membership renewal, which includes details about the membership fee for the upcoming year and payment instructions.
Upon receipt of the membership fee by December 31st, membership will be automatically renewed without interruption.
If payment is not received after December 31st, membership will be paused, and if no payment is received by March 31st, membership will be automatically terminated.
We encourage members to ensure timely payment to enjoy uninterrupted access to NAIS benefits and resources.
Active Membership Termination
To terminate membership within the current term, members should notify the Executive Committee via email at contact@nai-society.com. However, please note that ending membership does not entitle members to reclaim any paid dues or donations.
